The Avatar Grove DJ Mix was recorded live in Avatar Grove on Tuesday July 20th 2021, close to Canadas Gnarliest Tree, in traditional Pacheedaht territory near Port Renfrew, BC. The site owes its protected status to a previous Ancient Forest Alliance campaign. However, similar ancient groves in the area, and throughout BC, are under critical threat from outdated industrial practices.

All profits from this release will go to the Ancient Forest Alliance. Read more about their mission here.

Update July 2023:

Following the initial release in 2021, this project raised over $500 for the ancient forest alliance. The album is set to be released on streaming platforms, and a documentary will be released on youtube. Check back here for further updates.
